Cisco GLC-SX-MMD 1000base-sx Sfp Transceiver Module- GLC-SX-MMD

This Cisco GLC-SX-MMD compatible SFP transceiver provides 1000Base-SX throughput up to 550m over multi-mode fiber (MMF) using a wavelength of 850nm via an LC connector. Cisco GLC-SX-MMD can operate at temperatures between 0 and 70C. Our transceiver is built to meet or exceed OEM specifications and is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with Cisco GLC-SX-MMD.

Cisco GLC-SX-MMD has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data-traffic and application to ensure that it will initialize and perform identically. All of our transceivers comply with Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) standards to provide seamless network integration. Additional product features include Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support which allows access to real-time operating parameters. This Cisco GLC-SX-MMD transceiver is Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant. 

The Cisco GLC-SX-MMD Small Form-Factor Pluggable MMF 850 nm Transceiver from Cisco is a Gigabit interface converter that links your switches and routers to the network. The hot-swappable input/output Cisco GLC-SX-MMD plugs into a Gigabit Ethernet port or slot. Cisco GLC-SX-MMD is compatible with the IEEE 802.3z 1000BASE-SX standard, operates on legacy 50μm multimode fiber and links up to 550m on 62.5μm Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI)-grade multimode fiber links up to 220m and up to 1km over laser-optimized 50μm multimode fiber cable.
